To keep pace, we are looking for a Sales Trainer to join our Talent Practice. You will be responsible for internal sales training delivery, enhancing capability/competence/skills of Sales Development Managers (SDM) to decrease onboarding ramp time of new hires, increase the overall performance and ensure SDM’s have the skills to achieve their goals. Supporting the Head of People Transformation to ensure training and sales skills are embedded across the teams to deliver excellence and optimise client pipeline and conversion rates.
The ideal candidate will have proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role and hands on experience with e-learning platforms. Previous experience in a sales position is a plus.
