Recruitment Resourcer

You’ll be responsible for contacting potential candidates for our internal hiring requirements and working closely alongside our Talent Acquisition Specialists, building talent pools and ensuring we are hiring the best candidates for Clarify.

Job Description

  • Proactively source candidates from Job boards and LinkedIn and develop and build a candidate pipeline
  • Be the first point of contact for prospective Candidates
  • Screen candidate’s CV’s for a wide variety of vacancies
  • Conduct initial telephone interview/screenings
  • Offer exceptional candidate experience
  • Managing Job Adverts on Job boards and LinkedIn
  • Ensure all process and compliance procedures are followed
  • General Administration to recruitment activities for the right candidate, we are open to flexibility with hours
  • Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships
  • Understand and meet agreed KPIs and targets
  • Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently using internal ATS system.


  • Effective diary management.
  • Previous office experience (desirable)
  • Previous experience working as a Recruitment Resourcer is advantageous
  • Good telephone manner
  • Pro-active and willing to succeed
  • Excellent time management skills being able to manage numerous roles at once.
  • Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
  • You must be reliable, conscientious and be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Proficient with MS programmes
  • Good verbal and written English
