Clarify works with blue chip organisations across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Africa who are engaged in high value complex deals (from £200k to £30m). We create innovation and growth by blending deep industry expertise, real time market analysis, strategic thinking, and an unparalleled range of business development services to open new markets and realise untapped revenues.

Clarify are growing rapidly within all areas of our business. Following steady,
organic growth we are seeking a new member of the team to act as the central
support for all Business Administration and to be responsible for all tasks
relating to invoices, payments, and company card transactions.

About us

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all employee data is accurate.
  • Preparing offer letters, contracts, new starter information and dealing with reference requests.
  • Produce payroll reports for the Finance team
  • Carry out all other associated payroll tasks such as updating benefits and pension contributions.
  • Processing new starters, leavers, and movers
  • Managing Payroll queries

A Bit About You:

  • Experience within Payroll
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience with weekly and monthly payroll
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Good attention to detail
  • Proven capability to organise own workload
