I came to Clarify from a management role in a different sector in January 2019. Though I was applying for the SDM role, I was very open with Clarify about my ambition to work back up to a management role once I had gained more experience in the world of IT Sales. From day 1 the company supported me to develop and take on additional responsibilities, as well as mentoring me to improve my skills. This support came not just from my line managers, but also other managers within the company and the wider Talent team. After 2 years I was promoted into a management role and am so grateful for the support of Clarify in getting me to where I want to be professionally.

The Talent Team not only manage talent acquisition internally for Clarify, but also offer 360 recruitment services to our clients, which makes the breadth of our work really varied and exciting compared to a lot of internal talent teams. We use a variety of tools to ensure our selection process brings in people who share the values of Clarify, meaning we are integral to upholding our collaborative, inclusive and fun culture. Our clients come to us to replicate this within their own sales teams, having seen how successful we are with this!

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Joining Clarify after taking time out to travel has been nothing short of a phenomenal decision. I quickly integrated with an awesome BU and spent my first two years working across two customers providing great exposure into the world of Enterprise technology sales. The level of coaching, enablement and career progression available here is second to none; I’ve moved from SDM, to Senior SDM, to New Business SSDM, to Client Manager all in the space of three and a half years, so can truly attest to that statement. The whole business is centred around delivering actual, game changing value to customers.

About us

Your sales career at Clarify will begin with an intensive induction delivered by our training academy – you will be coached through your first few months to build your confidence and set you up for success in the role. Our academy also delivers a Management Development Programme and Sales Account Management accreditation which set you up for career progression within the company.
