Clarify are committed to protecting personal data and have reviewed the way that we process information on your behalf. As a result, we have made several changes to our tools & processes.

- We have identified Legitimate Interest as the Lawful Basis for processing prospect data
Q: Have Clarify completed a Legitimate Interest Assessment (LIA)

Q: Is Clarify a Data Controller or Data Processer
- Clarify is the Data Processor (of customer prospects) on behalf of our customers who are the Data Controller
- Clarify is the Data Controller of customer employees and our own employees
Q: What types of personal data does Clarify process on behalf of customers
- Names & Job Titles
- Contact details e.g. telephone numbers, email / physical work addresses
- Other business information that is relevant to delivering our services
Q: What special categories of data does Clarify process
- Clarify does not process any special categories of data on behalf of our customers
- Clarify may process special categories of data relating to our employees
Q: Where does Clarify store customer prospect data?
- All prospect data is stored within Salesforce.com
- Data is password protected and limited to those directly involved in the programme
- Some personal data may be shared over email in Excel & Word documents, this will be limited and proportionate
- Where appropriate these documents will be password protected
Q: How long does Clarify keep customer prospect data?
- Clarify retain this data for the length of the contract + 1 year to evidence delivery of service to our customers
- At the end of a programme data is archived off Salesforce.com and stored in a secure location on our servers
