Beyond Business

Sometimes we all need to get a little perspective, to take a few moments away from the pressures of our own busy lives and remember how important it is to contribute to others, especially those less fortunate than ourselves.

As a business we are committed to giving back, this lead to the formation of the Clarify Foundation in 2010. The Foundation exists to contribute beyond the world of business to those less fortunate than ourselves in the Mityana District of Uganda. We want to close the gap between corporations and the community through human effort, generosity and interaction.

 

Our efforts support renovation of schools and teachers’ accommodation, which has an incredible impact on security and morale for teachers and students. Over the years, we have helped build or refurbish a total of 40 units through our efforts to raise approximately £10,000 per year. Every single pound raised by the Foundation in the UK has been spent directly on these projects.

 

The Clarify Foundation is built on the same values as the Clarify business. We are passionate, loyal, determined and focused on people and building relationships and strong networks of support. We are always striving to find refreshing ways to raise money and create awareness of the Clarify Foundation, not only in Clarify’s market but in our personal networks. We aim to unite our networks in contributing to our goals.

HOW WE DO IT
We fundraise

The entire company take part in a series of fundraising events throughout the year, gaining sponsorship and involvement from personal and professional networks as well as support from local businesses.

We give time

Clarify employees will be giving their time to local projects in their area, to give something back to the community and make it a better place.

We give money

Clarify donates a portion of its profits towards sustainable local projects. The company will also send a team of volunteers to the location each year to work on completing these.
